i had a fantastic stay at hawthorn! the studio suite was cozy and well-kept. the highlight was definitely the staff. jen, tammy, brad, and vinnie were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me feel at home. the outdoor pool was an added bonus! i felt truly relaxed during my visit.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

We enjoyed the spacious room, perfect for our family. However, the carpet felt damp, and we noticed a musty smell. The staff were friendly and quick to assist. I'd recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies just in case. Also, check for any maintenance needs before settling in.

Bicycle rental made it easy to explore the area. The room had a significant cigarette smell which lingered during our stay. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Nice game room with activities like ping-pong and pool table for relaxation. Needs serious updates to the rooms.
